The Clinic's team performs more than 1,000 vascular and endovascular operations annually. Our highly equiped operating theatre, short operation times, close interdisciplinary liaison and supremely qualified surgeons combine to produce a high success rate and low incidence of complications.
Integration of the Clinic into the Vascular Centre Berlin-Brandenburg
The Clinic for Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy forms an integral part of the Vascular Centre Berlin-Brandenburg, an interdisciplinary unit with triple certification within the Evangelisches Krankenhaus Hubertus. The vascular surgeons work closely with the hospital's angiologists and radiologists. The specialists do their daily rounds in a group, air their opinions in an interdisciplinary meeting (vascular conference) and discuss the best course of treatment for each patient. This cross-disciplinary collaboration allows patients to receive a combination of vascular surgery, endovascular intervention and best medical therapy.
